SHIPPING & PAYMENT

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are secured by PayPal/Paymongo and all personal information is encrypted - hence,
we do not store any of your financial data. COD/Bank Transfer/Deposit and GCash Payments are also accepted.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationwide within the Philippines. Kindly input your complete shipping details upon check-out to avoid loss.

When will I receive my order?

We accept same day pick-ups via Grab. Shipping to Metro Manila is 3-5 days and 7-10 days for provincial areas, 10-14 days for island clusters.

How much is shipping?

For same day pick-ups, shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping fee to Metro Manila for provincial areas is flat P150 unless otherwise stated, then it's FREE.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Do you allow cancellations, returns, refunds & exchanges?

We quality check each item before shipping them out. We are sorry but we do not allow returns and refunds unless the item is damaged en route from shipment. We also do not allow cancellation of orders unless it is of grave matters (e.g hospitalization and death in the family, cancellations due to the pandemic that is out of our hands like hard lockdowns), we also request a proof of this. Cancellations due to change of mind is not allowed. Please do not waste our time and effort. Thank you.
